Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of WatSaas Platform (“WatSaas”, “Service”), operated by Lhoucine (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using WatSaas, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

WatSaas is a multi-tenant SaaS that helps businesses connect their own WhatsApp Business accounts and automate communication workflows. WatSaas Platform integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform. WatSaas is not owned, operated, endorsed, or officially affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. or WhatsApp.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must have authority to bind the business or organization you represent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Customer responsibilities

You agree to:

• Connect only WhatsApp Business resources you are authorized to use
• Comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform terms, policies, and messaging rules
• Obtain any required consents from your customers, employees, and other data subjects
• Use WatSaas lawfully and not for spam, fraud, harassment, or prohibited content
• Ensure integrations and automated workflows you configure are appropriate for your use case

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Attempt to bypass security, access other tenants’ data, or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or misuse the Service except where permitted by law
• Use the Service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights
• Misrepresent your relationship with Meta, WhatsApp, or WatSaas

5. Third-party services

WatSaas may interoperate with third-party services, including Meta / WhatsApp and tools you connect within your tenant. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Commercial terms such as pricing, billing, refunds, and support are provided separately when you subscribe to or use the Service.

7. Intellectual property

WatSaas, its software, branding, and documentation remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of content and data you provide, subject to the license needed for us to operate the Service.

8. Confidentiality and data

Our processing of data is described in the Privacy Policy. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and store data submitted through the Service for the purpose of providing and securing WatSaas.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or where required for legal or security reasons.

Upon termination, access to the Service may cease. Data deletion requests are handled as described on our Data Deletion page.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where applicable.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Service.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above indicates the latest revision. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
